Sanaz is an Assessor for the Law Society “Immigration Law Advanced” Accreditation Scheme, which is the highest level of accreditation available in the Law Society Immigration Accreditation Scheme.
Sanaz has recently been instructed as junior counsel in the lead case concerning whether the Surinder Singh rationale applies to the unmarried partner of a British National. The case was heard before Mr Justice McCloskey at the Upper Tribunal and has now been referred to the Court of Justice of the European Union.
